LDPE foil tapes and bags as well as heat-shrinkable ones
The foil is made of materials needed for the company's regranulate. The production of foil sleeves and
half-sleeves is carried out using blown technology. It is possible to make the foil in a suitable place or
covered.
The production of foil tapes is made of low-pressure polyethylene, or, on customer's request, made of regranulate.
Thanks to PZH approvals, they can be safely used in the food industry.
We leave the decision about the size and width of the roll to our customers.
The tapes made can be unbroken and can be made in any transparent or covered color.
Plastic bags and LDPE and HDPE bags are widely used in industry, trade, agriculture and households. The bags we
produce are durable, solid, and completely safe in contact with food. Plastic bags can be mopped in any color.

Garbage bags made with the use of LDPE are characterized by great tear resistance, resistance to loads and
flexibility. At the client's request, it is possible to create works with the logo of a given brand. For the sake
of our planet, we use foil waste processed during recycling.

Projekt opakowania
We design bottles in cooperation with clients or on our own. When designing, we follow technical requirements,
suggestions from the client and our own experiences. We can make a 3D print before starting to create the mold.
Making the molds
We make blow molds based on our projects and those provided by customers. The molds are created on modern CNC
cutting machines using the highest quality materials. An important argument in favor of making molds by our
company is the short lead time, which is about 10-15 working days.
Bottle production
We produce PET bottles with a capacity of 50ml to 10l in any color or colorless. We have many bottle designs
available for a variety of industries and applications. We can offer retail sales of bottles (from 100 pcs.) And
wholesale (from one pallet). Our production capacity for one bottle design is currently 720 thousand. pieces per
month.
Labeling of packages
We work with reputable printing houses and label recipients in Poland, thanks to which we have appropriate
discounts, giving our customers the highest quality labels at a satisfactory price (in the amount of at least 1000
labels of one type). We can label packages at the customer's request, which gives measurable financial benefits
and reduces the number of operations necessary for our customers to perform.
Closing packages
Sometimes customers who use PET bottles for direct filling their products at the customer's side wish that the
empty bottles sold are already sealed (to prevent contamination inside before bottling). We offer capping /
closing the bottles in such a way that the customer, after pouring the product, capes them, and then - when
unscrewing the first time, the sterile seal is broken; thanks to this, only then will the first official opening
of the bottle take place.
